Job Description
Responsibilities of a Healthcare Construction Project Manager are:
- Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution of healthcare construction projects
- Serve as the main point of contact between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including ICRA, AHCA, Joint Commission, and NFPA
- Lead project meetings, track milestones, and oversee document control and reporting
- Monitor financial performance, risk management, change orders, and project deliverables
- Coordinate MEP systems integration and specialized medical infrastructure requirements

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Healthcare Project Manager will have:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with a focus on healthcare facilities
- Strong knowledge of construction means/methods, permitting, and regulatory processes specific to medical environments
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tight schedules, and high-performance expectations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
