Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Review and interpret project blueprints and specifications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders effectively.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize project delays.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:
- Experience in construction project management within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and teams.
