Fifth Grade Teacher
The Fifth-Grade Teacher will partner with parents and teachers to foster and promote student learning and moral development through a classical Catholic curriculum. The teacher will teach a grade-level elementary class covering all curriculum subject areas except Physical Education, Art, and Music.
Applicant Requirements
Applicant must
• hold a bachelor's degree or better from an accredited college or university
• have an advanced knowledge of early childhood education and reading acquisition strategies
• have a passion and commitment to classical education and Latin
• be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly
• upon employment, be able to pass criminal background checks
• a strong understanding of Catholic traditions and beliefs
• hold a Virginia Teacher Certification or have the qualifications necessary to obtain one upon hire
