Are you organized, hands-on, and ready to keep operations running smoothly?We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support fleet, dispatch, shipping, and inventory operations under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you take pride in staying organized and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:- Audit and file daily truck inspections and report any safety or damage concerns immediately.
- Assist with small repairs (replace headlights, wipers, etc.) and coordinate fleet maintenance.
- Maintain fleet tracking, route reports, and registration information using SharePoint and Geotab.
- Manage crew supplies: track, order, organize, and maintain safety stock.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts for non-inventory items.
- Assist receiving with tagging and entering new inventory into the system.
