Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Medford, NJ in recruiting for a Senior Accountant. Position Overview
As a Senior Accountant, you will support a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients in a public accounting setting. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple responsibilities and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Perform financial statement preparation and reporting
- Process payroll and ensure payroll tax compliance
- Handle sales tax filings and reporting
- Respond to tax notices and client inquiries
- Manage and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Delegate and review work completed by Staff Accountants
- Collaborate with leadership on client engagements
- Provide QuickBooks support and bookkeeping services
- 5–7 years of public accounting experience
- Strong background in tax preparation and small business accounting/advisory
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA strongly preferred

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
