Job Description- Work with field staff to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time
- Meet with clients, architects, and hospital staff
- Work out of the office 3-4 days a week (opportunity to work from home one day a week)
- Manage documentation and client relationships
- Manage multiple projects
- Lead weekly OAC meetings

The Successful Applicant- Bachelors degree (construction management or similar)
- Healthcare experience, especially in occupied spaces
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Estimating and precontruction experience
- Experience working on projects over $50M, ideally over $100M
- Experience in a client facing position
- MEP background preferred
- Competitive base salary ($140,000 + dependent on prior experience)
