We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Remote Travel Planner to support daily operations by coordinating travel arrangements, managing itinerary details, and ensuring a smooth and well-structured experience from planning through confirmation.
Research destinations, accommodations, and available options to support planning
Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm information
Maintain organized records through data entry, itinerary tracking, and documentation
Assist with confirmations, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
Monitor workflow progress and ensure all travel-related tasks are completed on time
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency (email, calendars, and digital tools)
Experience in planning, coordination, customer service, or administrative support is a plus (not required)
