- Unit: Emergency Department Nursing (ED) — Emergency Room (ER RN) (M–Z last names only)
- Start Date: June 7, 2026
- End Date: September 5, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Shifts: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) — Night shift ER RN
- Hours per Week: 36 or 48 (guaranteed 36)
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130
- Active RN license with Emergency Room specialty (Massachusetts RN licensure or NLC/compact RN eligibility preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of RN experience required, including ED/critical care experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience and Level 1 trauma center experience required
- Must have last name beginning with M–Z (see additional order for A–L)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to work nights, every other weekend, and holidays
- Completion of all required onboarding health and background screenings
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department (ED)
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients with a wide range of acute, emergent, and trauma-related conditions
- Provide critical care interventions and collaborate with emergency physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards in a Level 1 trauma center
- Provide support, education, and clear communication to patients and their families during critical situations
