Job Description
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes end‑to‑end, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience
  • Manage leaves of absence, including familiarity with EDD forms and related processes
  • Administer employee benefits programs; partner with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for summer interns, including coordination, onboarding, and program management
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support for corporate employees, acting as a trusted, forward‑facing resource
  • Travel locally to project sites as needed to support employees and business needs
  • Partner closely with HR leadership on ongoing initiatives and improvements

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Generalist should have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or broader HR role
  • Experience supporting a corporate workforce of 300+ employees in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous experience in construction or manufacturing industry strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and wear multiple hats
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a forward‑facing, service‑oriented approach
