Responsibilities:
- Receive and review design requests submitted by Sales Team, Program Managers, and Service Department.
- Utilize latest version of CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Cloud software to produce conceptual and technical production drawings
- Ability to learn and research new sign / design technology in order to reach maximum efficiencies and value engineer sign products
- Meet one on one with Salespeople and Program Managers to determine customer design needs.
- Attend periodic design meetings called and held by immediate supervisor.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Design Management as required to timely complete drawings and production support.
Qualifications:
Skills- Sign knowledge preferred
- Ability to create computer generated graphics and presentation drawings.
- Ability to learn new techniques quickly
- Multi task oriented and able to work in fast paced environment
- Organized and creative
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to communicate artistic concepts
- Good attention to detail and ability to render accurately
- Team oriented
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to have a number of jobs “open” at any given time
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and fraction to decimal conversions)
- Two-year Associates Degree or Technical Degree in art or Design preferred
- Proficient with latest version of CorelDRAW, Corel PHOTO-PAINT, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint a plus.
