The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing global retailer of diesel engine parts, shipping to customers in over 180 countries. You will be the last quality gate before product leaves our facility, owning the end-to-end shipping process from picking ticket audit to carrier coordination, with zero tolerance for errors.If you are energized by precision, accountability, and pace, this role is built for you.
What Success Looks Like- 100% of orders shipped accurately and on time 24-hour turnaround for all in-stock orders
- 0 invoice errors submitted to Accounting
- 1-business-day resolution for all shipping discrepancies
- Zero customs documentation errors Daily shipping audits completed and reported on time
- Own the full shipping process — from picking ticket audit to carrier handoff — with zero margin for error
- Ensure every outbound shipment is accurate, compliant, and documented before it leaves the building
- Resolve exceptions fast: customs delays, carrier errors, weight discrepancies, inventory gaps
- Keep Sales, Warehouse, and carriers aligned so every order ships on time and the customer never feels the friction
- Experience: 5+ years in shipping or logistics, ideally in industrial or international contexts
- Systems: Hands-on experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL platforms
- Compliance: Deep knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements including hazardous materials
- Mindset: High attention to detail, bias for action, and ability to self-manage under pressure
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Must pass background check
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
