Responsibilities

• 2-3 years of Industrial maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Specialized training in a maintenance discipline such as electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Pass drug screen and meet acceptable criminal background requirements
• Demonstrated attitude of safety and quality as top priorities
• Work overtime as needed to include weekends

• Support the Maintenance Team by conducting skilled repairs on production machinery and auxiliary equipment during the assigned shift at an acceptable quality level to meet or exceed expectations
• This position is responsible for communicating machinery and equipment status to determine resource and part needs
• The Maintenance Technician is expected to maintain a high standard of housekeeping to sustain 6S principles
• Troubleshoot and diagnose the more complex equipment problems; repair or replace broken or worn machinery parts
• Review preventive and corrective maintenance schedule to determine priorities for the assigned shift
• Prepare documentation for repairs and maintenance
• Work within a team setting in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and be cross trained to perform all essential job duties within the team
