- Radius Rule: 50-mile radius applies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a University program satisfying the AOTA Academic and intern requirements for competence.
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in applicable state (CA)
- PAMs certification required
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
- Minimum 2 years of hand experience (CHT a +) and Outpatient experience required
- Strong exp w/dynamic splint fabrication preferred
- Additional certifications may be required.
