Job Description- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects up to $20M, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Experience at a design build firm highly preferred
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Address project risks and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
