Compensation:
- $21/hr. + Up to 600 in monthly performance bonuses!!
Schedule Needed:
Saturday - Wednesday 3pm - 11:30pm
Sunday - Thursday 10am - 6:30pm
Thursday - Monday 3pm - 11:30pm

What YOU Will Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Work in a team environment
- Drive revenue and help meet the market goals
- Scheduling and routing of technicians
- Coordinate the correct skilled technicians to the right service calls
- Handle customer service requests and issues while collaborating with department management on customer satisfaction solutions and strategies
- Help others and feel great doing it!
What We Need from YOU:
- 2 years of call center and/or dispatch experience minimum
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Service Titan experience a major plus!
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Must pass background check and drug screen
