Job Details- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,820 – $1,960
- Location: Acute Care Hospital – Outpatient Pediatric Rehab, Apple Valley, CA
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (June 2, 2026 – September 1, 2026)
- Shift: Day shift, 8-hour days (07:00 – 15:00), Monday–Friday
- Hours per Week: 40
- Patient Load: Average 7 pediatric/adolescent patients per day

- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience (pediatric experience preferred)
- Valid California OT license (must be in hand prior to start) – required for California OT jobs and travel OT placements
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred (Epic documentation experience a plus)
- LA Fire Card required within the last 30 days
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
- Ability to float to hospital units if outpatient census is low (acute care OT flexibility)
- Willingness to work 3 of 5 major holidays during contract
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a hospital-based outpatient clinic and float to acute care units as needed
- Conduct developmental testing and implement treatment for diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delay, and sensory processing concerns
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and school readiness
- Perform reassessments, progress documentation, and discharge planning using Epic
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary pediatric rehab team including OT, PT, SLP, physicians, and nursing
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow hospital policies and protocols
