- concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, related technical degree, or relevant work experience
- Experience with avionics product development Desired Skills
- Past experience with processor hardware for military applications or avionics development is strongly desired.
- Technical Lead experience leading multiple team members with the development of processor hardware is a plus.
- Experience with leading a technical team in avionics development is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including spreadsheet, scheduling and database applications
- Experience and aerospace related education/background.
- System performance monitoring and evaluation experience.
- Experience in subcontract/supplier management
- Experience in project management Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00
