Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for an inpatient acute care setting. This is a regional role, where the therapist will split time between two facilities based on coverage needs. The PT will provide high-quality rehabilitation services, helping patients restore function and improve mobility.
âś… Must-Have Skills:
âś” Active Hawaii Physical Therapist Licenseâś” BLS Certification (required)
âś” Strong inpatient / acute care experience
âś” Ability to adapt to multiple facility environments
âś” Excellent patient care and communication skills
đź“Ś Experience Required:
âś” Minimum 3 year Physical Therapist experienceâś” Acute care / inpatient experience preferred
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation plans
- Provide care across multiple locations based on scheduling needs
