Job Description- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
