Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Oregon COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Demonstrated competence with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs preferred.
- Ability to follow established treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
