Facilities Maintenance Technician - Northwest Arkansas

Crain Automotive is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Northwest Arkansas Team. We are seeking an individual to perform maintenance at all our Northwest Arkansas dealerships and businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
• Reports to Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
• On call at supervisors discretion
• Company supplied vehicle while at work
• Company supplied tools for work use
• Replace HVAC filters
• Clean HVAC intake and outlet grills
• Clean or replace ceiling tiles
• Replace light bulbs, ballast drivers, and fixtures
• Light electrical repairs
• Light plumbing repairs
• Light carpentry sheetrock, and paint
• Light alarm systems maintenance
• Assist furniture installs
• Move furniture
• Hang pictures on wall
• Install and replace TVs, Microwaves, and other appliances
• Maintain vehicle and work space in a clean and orderly fashion
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience
• Valid drivers license
• Must undergo drug test and background check
