Acts Home Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the position of Clinical Director for our Medicare Certified home health agency.- Salary with annual incentive

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of all agency team members and patient care services. Responsible for overseeing the referral/intake process and coordination of esident care among disciplines. Consults, plans, and works with Administrator in policy development and review, program development and implementation, and assessing adequate and appropriate staffing.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of one year' home health supervisory experience
- Prior knowledge and experience with Medicare/Oasis
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills

Pay Range: $81,689.00 - $99,985.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
