Overview:The Regional Billing Manager oversees the billing process, ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant. Maintain the billing systems and resolve billing disputes with customers. Collaborate with cross‑functional departments—including Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Compliance - to streamline billing workflows, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure billing practices support the organization's overall financial health.
This role also includes planning, coordinating, data analysis, reporting, and executing client service initiatives to ensure customer needs are met, strengthen client relationships, and support overall regional business objectives.

Qualifications: Education
- High School (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of billing experience in a medium to large organization (required)
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably overseeing multi-site or regional teams (required)
- 1+ years work experience with CargoWise (preferred)
- Proficiency with billing systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools High
