CDL-A Regional Delivery Driver | Joliet, IL Home 3–4x Weekly | $1,500–$1,700/wk Avg | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Looking for strong earnings without spending weeks away from home? We're hiring Class A drivers for dedicated regional runs out of Joliet, IL. You'll get home every other day for 10-hour breaks, earn competitive pay, and receive full support on site.

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,500–$1,700/week ($75K–$100K/year); top earners clear $2,000+.
• CPM Pay Scale:
• $0.82 (0–11 mos experience)
• $0.83 (12–23 mos)
• $0.84 (24–35 mos)
• $0.85 (36+ mos)
• Extra Pay: $245 per unloaded trailer | $70 per backhaul | $25 per stop.
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus: Payouts range from $250 to $750 across milestones from your first load through 180 days.
• Paid Orientation: $150/day during a 2-day ride-along onboarding.

• Home Time: Home 3 to 4 times a week (usually every other day for a 10-hour reset). 34-hour resets scheduled near home when possible. Requires 7-day availability (Sunday–Saturday).
• Freight & Miles: 800–1,000 avg weekly miles across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.
• Physical Work: 100% touch freight—requires heavy manual unloading of stacked freight.
• Equipment & Parking: Modern International and Freightliner trucks. Note: Trucks must be parked at either the Markham Terminal or Joliet DC during time off (no home parking allowed).

• Valid Class A CDL with verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 months of verified commercial tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy unloading, high patience, and good customer service skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment hair and urine drug screening. (Not SAP-friendly).
