Sr. VOIP Administrator with Security Clearance

Job Title: VoIP Administrator Location: Fort Meade, MD

• $80-$90k based on experience level Required:
• U.S. Citizen
• Active/recent (last 24 months) U.S.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UC server administration
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in call management
• CompTIA Security+ Desired:
• Certification in call management/UC administration
• Switch Administration
• Layer 2 switching
• Layer 3 path control
• Ribbon VOIP experience Job Description:
• Provide O&M support for new, existing, and future VoIP (secure and non-secure) technologies.
• Technical support for existing and growing VoIP networks, system upgrades and equipment purchases.
• Maintain Call Managers, gatekeepers, and gateway equipment.
• Monitor and identify capacity, quality, and performance issues for VoIP traffic.
• Configure and install VoIP phones including firmware and PKI.
