RN – PACU

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

• 4x10 Hour Day Shifts
• Rotating Evening & Weekend Call Required

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional post-anesthesia care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and assessment skills, demonstrate excellence in patient-centered care, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
• Monitor, assess, and care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care in the PACU setting
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to established hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent patient care situations
• Participate in departmental initiatives, shared governance, and continuous quality improvement efforts
• Support departmental goals and maintain professional nursing standards

• Minimum 2 years of recent PACU RN experience required
• Active Colorado RN License in good standing required
• Recent EPIC EMR experience required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• PALS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills required
