As a Pre-K Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of children, equipping them with the essential social and academic tools to succeed in future learning endeavors.

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the educational standards and cater to the individual needs of each child.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students.
• Engage children in various activities that promote social, physical, and academic growth, such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, and group activities.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers through conferences and communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to education and address the needs of the developmental stage.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to effective learning and creativity.
• Continuously update personal teaching practices by attending professional development sessions and incorporating innovative teaching strategies.

• Associate's degree (Preferred) or High school Diploma.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with children and parents.
