Paid on boarding with an experienced mentor
Duration 4 to 6 weeks of Training
Pay During the Training Period--$650 weekly
24/7 access to driver managers and support teams

Pay amp; Home Time

Strong starting pay for new CDL A drivers
Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400
Weekly direct‑deposit pay
Home Time: Stay out 2 weeks OTR, then enjoy 2 days at home with your loved ones

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in OTR lanes
Complete on‑time pickups and deliveries
Follow all D.O.T regulations and company safety standards
Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
Communicate professionally with dispatch
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A license
Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school
Ability to pass D.O.T drug screen
Clean M.V.R and background (carrier‑specific standards apply)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
