Key Responsibilities
Perform PT evaluations and implement individualized care plansDeliver therapeutic interventions for functional recovery
Track patient outcomes and adjust treatments accordingly
Collaborate with PTAs, OT/SLP, and medical teams
Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications
Active Virginia PT licenseMaster’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
