Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for:
Handling full recruitment life CycleWorking closely with Team Lead and Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool
Screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation, conducting interviews, reference checks etc.Developing and maintaining network through Vendors, LinkedIn and other sources of recruitment.
Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis through various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals
