Regional Class A CDL Driver

• Base Pay Rate: $0.62 to $0.65 per CPM (Based on verifiable experience)
• 2 Years Experience: $0.62 CPM
• 3 Years Experience: $0.63 CPM
• 4 Years Experience: $0.64 CPM
• 5+ Years Experience: $0.65 CPM
• Weekly Mileage: Average of 2,000 – 2,500 miles per week
• Consistent Earnings: Strong, reliable weekly revenue with steady miles.
• Average : $1460 weekly

• Route Type: Regional / Over-the-Road (Operating primarily across the eastern half of the country).
• Freight Type: Refrigerator (Reefer) – 100% No-Touch Freight.
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 25% drop and hook.
• Equipment: Well-maintained, modern fleet.
• Length of Haul: Highly efficient average of 640 miles per load.

• Weekly Home Time: Drivers are out during the week and return to the MAST terminal.
• Reset Window: Guaranteed minimum of 24 hours home time per week (schedule varies slightly week-to-week based on freight volumes).
• Typical Schedule: * Return Friday Depart Sunday
• Return Saturday Depart Monday
• Maximum Work Week: Saturday through Sunday.

Hiring Requirements

To ensure a fast onboarding process, applicants must meet the following safety and compliance standards:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Over-the-Road (OTR) experience within the last 5 years.
• License: Active Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Location: Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Massillon, OH.
• Medical: Must pass a DOT physical or possess a current DOT medical card with at least 90 days of validity remaining before expiration.
• Safety: Clean driving record and solid work history.
