Job Description
  • Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate project documents including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
  • Assist with buyout activities, change orders, and vendor coordination
  • Track project milestones and support schedule updates
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Help ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contract requirements

  • Experience in the construction industry, particularly with Class A and mixed commercial projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project components effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
