Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with 2+ years of recent diagnostic radiology experience for a 13-week travel assignment requiring candidates to reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
Details- Diagnostic radiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Scope of practice includes OR cases, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, ED, and general x-ray
- Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
- No on-call required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in diagnostic radiology
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- ARRT certification required
- Proficiency with OR cases, fluoroscopy, portable x-ray, and general radiography
- Valid state license required if applicable
- Driver's License required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Responsibilities include assisting with OR cases, fluoroscopy procedures, portable imaging, ED radiography, and general x-rays
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
- Copies of current AHA certifications must be provided for consideration — expired certifications are not accepted
