Job Description- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Supervise subcontractors and labor teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address construction challenges and implement solutions.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed daily reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
- Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
- Lead project meetings to communicate updates and resolve any issues efficiently.
