Job Description- Proactively manage a complex and fast‑changing calendar
- Keep schedules on track
- Organise meetings, calls, and priorities with minimal direction
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and point of coordination for the executive
- Maintain a highly organised approach to all administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-Time EA should have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and confident in managing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and willingness to step in when needed
- Able to work onsite in NYC 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
- Available for part‑time hours (approximately 9:00am-12:00pm or 9:00am-1:00pm)
- Hourly pay ranging from $25 to $29, based on experience and qualifications.
