Requested Security Clearance: Secret Job Description:
- Client is seeking experienced MH-139 Operations Technicians (Structures/Avionics/Mechanic/Weapons) willing to work multiple shifts on the MH-139 program at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Position Responsibilities:
- Mechanic, Avionics & Structures positions available
- Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes
- Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul
- Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment
- Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components
- Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results)
- Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements
- Works under general direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Military aircraft maintenance
- Must have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers.
- Must be willing to work variable shifts Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with MH-139 maintenance and/or modifications
- Experience with rotorcraft maintenance
- Hold or held an Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License
- General Mechanic experience desirable
