Job Description
  • Lead all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects
  • Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor work sequencing
  • Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Oversee quality control and ensure work is performed to contract documents
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover activities
  • Communicate daily with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
  • Maintain accurate field reports, look-aheads, and documentation
  • Mentor field personnel and promote a professional jobsite culture

The Successful Applicant
  • 4+ years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Strong background in K-12 or public-sector construction required
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule accountability
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
