Job Description- Lead all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor work sequencing
- Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Oversee quality control and ensure work is performed to contract documents
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover activities
- Communicate daily with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Maintain accurate field reports, look-aheads, and documentation
- Mentor field personnel and promote a professional jobsite culture

The Successful Applicant- 4+ years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Strong background in K-12 or public-sector construction required
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule accountability
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Base salary range: $110,200 - $146,600
