JOB PURPOSE
World Challenge, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven individual to serve as a Missions Administrator. This role supports our global work with widows and orphans by ensuring communication between field partners and internal teams is clear, accurate, and timely.
The ideal candidate will coordinate partner updates, reports, and media, making sure information is organized and ready to be shared with the Marketing team. This role also supports day-to-day operations by keeping key information accessible and helping teams stay aligned.
Working across departments, this position plays an important role in supporting the effectiveness and clarity of our global mission efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Missions Team Support & Administration- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and team logistics
- Support clear internal processes and facilitate communication with global partners
- Assist with tracking the mission’s budget and related expenses
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including special projects
- Arrange and coordinate international travel and itineraries
- Track and reconcile mission-related travel expenses
- Maintain organized databases and file systems for reports, media, and partner updates
- Support internal systems used to track and manage ministry partners and contributors
- Help ensure information is accurate, accessible, and shared effectively across teams
- Assist team members and field partners with system usage and best practices
- Support and guide field partners in submitting updates, reports, and stories
- Provide basic training and ongoing support related to processes and communication expectations
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Agreement and alignment with World Challenge’s Statement of Faith
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- 3-5 years of non-profit skills & experience
- Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
- Database (i.e. Airtable, Monday.com, Excel, Google Sheets) experience
- Form & Data Collection (Jotform or equivalent experience)
- Automation experience (Make.com, Zapier or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with content workflows or marketing collaboration (Asana)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Highly detail-oriented, independent, with strong follow-through
- Desirable experience but not required: Salesforce, Hubspot
