ISM Security Specialist (ATO / IATT Focus) with Security Clearance

ISM Security Specialist (ATO / IATT Focus) We are looking for a hands-on security professional with deep experience guiding systems through the IATT and ATO lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support ATO/IATT processes from initiation through authorization
Develop and maintain RMF documentation (SSP, POA&M, SAR, etc.)
Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal security frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, DoD RMF)
Utilize tools such as eMASS, XACTA, or similar
Support continuous monitoring and audit readiness Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
Ability to work onsite in the DMV area 2–3 days/week
Experience supporting federal or DoD environments
