Senior Security Support (Anti-Tamper) with Security Clearance
This position is contingent upon the ability to maintain/transfer active Department of War (DoW) Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. WAG-AT conducts studies to identify new capabilities; matures laboratory technologies to be weapon system ready; and develops, tests, and rapidly fields new AT capabilities/products all which provide insight and foundational AT technology to seed DoD weapon system development programs.
These are focused on reducing developmental risk and associated cost and schedule growth, ultimately ensuring AT architectures are developed, supporting protection of US warfighters against loss of life caused by technological exploitation of US weapons systems.
In this role, you will: * Oversee all Special Access Program (SAP) security disciplines of Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, and Personnel Security.
- Work with the Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) in carrying out security duties.
- Advise WAG
- AT on current personnel security policies and procedures for obtaining and maintaining SAP and SCI access.
- Assist in the management of SAP and SCI access quotas and maintain the unit's internal master program access database.
- Work with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
- Process Program Access Request (PARs) for industry partners and verifying accuracy.
- Maintain personnel security dossiers that include initial and annual security training records, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
- Perform all aspects of physical security for classified facilities to include entry control, meeting rosters, issue visitor badges, alarm checks, guard force response, and alarm system entry. * Develop and implement a SAP and SCI security education and training program designed and tailored to meet the specific security requirements of the unit. To be successful in this role, you will have a: * Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and access to SAPs and have a background investigation current within the past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
- Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
- Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS) Additional desired experience and skills: * Ability to develop and execute SAP, SCI, and collateral security and information systems policy, plans and procedures.
- Proficient with Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Joint Access Database Environment (JADE).
- Thorough knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
