Job Description
Development and execution of a procurement strategy for the commodities and ingredients categories.Identify and assess potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and building relationships with key vendors.
Analyze market trends and use this information to make informed decisions on cost-saving opportunities.
Create and manage the procurement budgets.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions, market fluctuations and geopolitical factors that can impact the availability of commodities and ingredients.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or FinanceMinimum 5 years experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management with experience in commodities and/or ingredients
Proficiency in data analysis. Able to interpret market data and use this to make informed decisions.
Clear understanding of sourcing strategies.
Experience with ERP systems
Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
