This is a hybrid opportunity in Manhattan.

Job Description

Act as a highly strategic payroll lead, working in alignment with broader business objectives
Establish global payroll governance, risk, and control frameworks
Serve as process owner for US payroll tax compliance across all applicable states
Collaborate with HRIS to maintain and enhance integrations across payroll and ERP systems
Monitor changes in global labor, tax, and employment legislation
Partner with Legal and Compliance on country‑specific payroll practices
Leverage payroll analytics to identify trends and support workforce planning
Manage global payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence

The Successful Applicant

12+ years of global payroll experience, Workday and Global payroll experience required
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder presence
Comfortable working across time zones with flexibility
Able to work hybrid in Manhattan
Bachelor's degree required
