We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a clean, modern, and automation-heavy industrial environment.

As a senior-level Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for safely performing predictive, preventive, and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance on both advanced production machinery and infrastructure systems. This role requires advanced skills in a primary trade (mechanical or electrical) alongside comprehensive knowledge in a second.

You will be expected to execute complex tasks independently while also serving as a guide and mentor to junior maintenance techs.

Operating within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this role offers an exceptional and highly predictable schedule: you will work just 3.5 night shifts per week, leaving you with 3.5 days to yourself.

  • Fabrication & Machine Work – Perform welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, cutting, fabrication, and general machine shop tasks as needed.
  • Technical Documentation – Read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals. Utilize computer systems (CMMS) to access, manage, and document work orders.
  • Safety & Compliance – Follow and actively promote safe work practices, maintaining absolute compliance with all safety and health policies while inspecting machinery to identify errors or defects.
