Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a clinical care team on a 13-week assignment in McMinnville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across patient populations.

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals
• Provide direct therapy services to patients in accordance with established care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home exercise programs
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes
• Ensure adherence to facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active state licensure (Tennessee or eligible)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Prior clinical or acute care experience preferred
