Production Associate
Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Chester, VT to bring on Production Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential.
Position: Production OperatorShift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (depending on experience)

Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Operators to support food manufacturing operations. This role involves working on production lines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment to support mixing, batching, and packaging processes
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
- Accurately measure and handle ingredients and materials
- Follow recipes, work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Complete production records and documentation
- Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup
- Support team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
