We are lookimg for a highly organized and detail-oriented Router/Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery routes, manage driver schedules, and ensure timely, efficient freight movement. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to on-time service and customer satisfaction.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Plan, optimize, and assign daily delivery routes for drivers
Dispatch drivers and communicate real-time updates throughout the day
Monitor route progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Track shipments and maintain accurate records in dispatch systems
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status and scheduling
