As a Machine Operator, you will read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and instructions while setting up and operating machinery to meet specifications and safety standards. Produce quality parts, perform inspections, complete documentation, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following PPE and safety policies.Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with other team duties as needed.

Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, job travelers, and measurements, and use basic inspection tools. Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality and safety standards (including proper PPE use), and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A willingness to learn, cross-train, and support other operations is expected, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Available Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
