Position Overview

Responsibilities- Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Must hold active Property and/or Casualty and Life/Health licenses
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Pay range: $55,000-$75,000 per year
