FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:-Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for our clients.-Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation.-Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics.-Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lien negotiation activities and communications The selected candidate will also possess:-Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in state-Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien reduction Specialist in a legal setting.-Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques.-Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.)-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.-Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
