Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in home health, for a travel assignment in Hawaii.
Details- Home health setting serving patients in their place of residence
- Productivity expectation of 25 points per week
- Uses Homecare Home Base EMR and OASIS documentation — experience with both required
- Minimum 2 years of PT experience required
- Minimum 1 year of home health PT experience required
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Active Hawaii state PT license required — license required if applicable
- BLS (AHA) and CPR certifications required
- Proficiency with Homecare Home Base and OASIS required
- Travel experience preferred
- Mileage reimbursed at $0.43 per mile
- RTO requests are limited to no more than 5 days for this assignment
